What kind of work does Sheltons Construction handle?
We're a licensed Oregon plumbing contractor, and most jobs fall into two buckets: plumbing service calls — a water heater that quit, a drain that backs up every winter, a slow leak behind a wall — and the plumbing that comes attached to a bigger construction job, like a kitchen or bathroom remodel where old galvanized pipe turns up once the walls are open.
We work across the Portland metro — Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties, down to Salem for larger or scheduled jobs. A lot of the housing stock here is older: bungalows and foursquares from the early 1900s, ranches and split-levels from the postwar decades, all of it sitting under a wet climate that's hard on anything outside or underneath the house. That shapes how we plan drain layouts, repipes and remodel rough-ins, and it's usually why a "small" leak turns into a bigger scope once we're inside a wall or crawlspace.
