Yes. Happy Valley falls inside our Clackamas County service area, and it's a regular stop between jobs in Milwaukie, Oregon City and southeast Portland. What's different about plumbing in Happy Valley
Happy Valley is mostly new construction — subdivisions built from the late 1990s through today, climbing the hills around Sunnyside, Rock Creek and Mt. Talbert. - Elevation and pressure. Happy Valley sits on rolling, hilly ground, and pressure zones shift block to block. Homes higher on the hill can run low pressure; homes at the bottom of a zone can run high enough to stress fixtures and water heaters over time.
